Fitness Guidance

I have always been an active individual, participating in various sports, cheerleading, and running track. I have enjoyed being physically active; however, in 2016, I suffered an injury when I fell off a dirt bike and injured my knee, resulting in a torn ACL that temporarily hindered my ability to walk. This experience taught me about my body’s limits, and I have since been able to engage in weightlifting with a better understanding of my capabilities.

My personal experience with injury has inspired my goal to assist others, whether they are dealing with injuries or not, in achieving their aspirations. At Clenchin Fit, we take the time to work with you to create a comprehensive plan tailored to your unique needs. We believe that everyone, regardless of their limitations, should have the opportunity to move their bodies in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.
